RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns and exchanges of unused merchandise are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for associated shipping costs unless product is defective. If you're interested in making an exchange or a return, please send a message through the contact form. Please ensure that packages do not require signature for delivery when sending returns. Once we receive a return/exchange, please allow 3-7 business days for processing.

   *Any items purchased on sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Items purchased using a coupon code are eligible for return or exchange but the customer will only be returned the money that they paid at time of purchase using the coupon code. The 30 day time period also applies to items purchased using a coupon code.

SHIPPING

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days of order date. Please allow an additional 2-4 buisness days for shipping. Customer will be provided with an confirmation email once an order is placed and an additional email with tracking numbers will be sent once the order is shipped. All orders are shipped with USPS or UPS.
